1. BOOK YOUR MOVE:

Place a call to our booking office at 1-800-231-9695 to book your move.

2. CONFIRM YOUR MOVE:

Our booking office will call you four to five days prior to your move to confirm the move as well as verify the information we have is correct.

(Please note if your move is not confirmed the truck will not be sent out, so when we call and leave you a message , you’ll need to call us back to confirm your move.)

3. PAYMENT:

Payment is due upon completion of your move. we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

4. PROTECTION COVERAGE:

VALUATION or DECLARED VALUE Coverage can be purchased through our drivers.
We have a range of coverage to choose from that will suit your personal needs. We always recommend coverage! more info...

5. HOURLY MINIMUM:

2 hour - LABOUR (minimum for the men)
1 hour - TRAVEL (time for the truck)
TRAVEL INCLUDES: Travel from our dispatch office to you and your new home, then back to our dispatch.

(Please note out of town moves ( Airdrie, Canmore, ect ) have a higher travel time; please ask our booking office for the travel time in your area.)

6. LARGE ITEM SURCHARGE:

The following items require a surcharge:
Big Screen TV ( 50 inches or over) $40.00
Piano $ 60.00
Treadmill $ 50.00
